Subscriptions for Trace Pro are sold and billed by our merchant of record. This means Paddle is the legal counterparty for the purchase transaction and appears on your bank statement.
Taxes and VAT
Paddle, as merchant of record, calculates and remits applicable VAT, GST, and sales tax in every jurisdiction where required. All prices on the pricing page are exclusive of tax unless explicitly stated otherwise. Tax invoices are issued automatically by Paddle and emailed after each successful payment.
EU consumer rights
For EU/EEA/UK residents:
- 14-day statutory right of withdrawal on first purchases of digital content under Directive 2011/83/EU, exercisable through the Paddle refund process.
- Right to lodge a complaint with the national consumer-protection or data-protection authority of your country of residence.
- Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
Ukrainian consumer rights
For residents of Ukraine, Trace operates in accordance with the Ukrainian Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights" (No. 1023-XII) and the Law "On Personal Data Protection" (No. 2297-VI). Complaints regarding consumer protection may be addressed to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection; complaints regarding personal data may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
